Following the TSX guidelines that companies have a majority of unrelated directors, seven of our eight directors –James J. Forese (our Non-Executive Chairman), Michael G. DeGroote Sr., Michael H. DeGroote, John Dillon, Jeffery L. Keefer, Douglas Knight and Daniel R. Milliard are unrelated. Joseph D. Quarin, Vice Chairman & CEO is the only related director.
